This joint venture specializes in product design, development and manufacturing utilizing advanced engineering polymers such as PA 46, PA 66, PBT, ASA, PC and ABS. The company offers a diverse range of products including Automotive Lighting Parts, Steering Garnishes, Air Bag Covers, Door Trims, Air-vent Module Assemblies and employs advanced manufacturing techniques such as In-Mold Decoration, Steam Injection Molding, 2K Molding and Metal to Plastic conversion for precision engine components like Air Intake Manifolds and Cylinder Head Covers.
Sekisui DLJM also produces electroplated parts like Emblems, Tailgate Garnishes, Door Handles, Steering Bezels, Grill Surrounds, Headlamp and Fog Lamp Garnishes and specializes in heavy commercial vehicle segments with products like Air Filter bodies. The company operates five world-class manufacturing facilities located in NCR, Chennai and Gujarat, supported by an R&D center in Japan. With its exponential growth trajectory, Sekisui DLJM achieved revenues of 68 million USD in the fiscal year 2023-24. The company holds certifications including IATF 16949 for automotive quality management, ISO 14001 for environmental management and OHSAS for occupational health and safety, underscoring its commitment to excellence across all operational aspects.
